Have you found that your morning coffee can often be weak or bitter. This is the importance of using a specific recipe for the job. The training we offer will consist of concentrating on one of the main coffee making methods. We will look at grind size for the method, the importance of weighing the coffee and it’s ratio to water, timings, water temp and other specifics associated to that method. In relation to espresso training we will look at tamping, and getting a even extraction to get the best out of the espresso shot, as well as milk frothing and the basics of milk pouring.
Not only do we offer coffee training, we also sell all the gear (not including Sage machines, although we could probably find a distributer!). Whether this is OREA Brewers and paraphernalia, AeroPress and filters and most Hario products. We also have plenty of retail coffee for sale form the likes of PLOT, Heart & Graft, RedBank, Crankhouse, Skylark, Dark Woods, Cult and more.
